I am now accepting commissions. If you've got something that you want to have written bring me your idea and I'll make it into a written reality for you.

General Terms

All fees are to be paid upon completion of the commission. The process works like this:

1) Once I've written what you've commissioned me to write, I'll send you the word count of the finished piece and an invoice for its cost via PayPal;
2) You'll send your payment to my Paypal account (follow the instructions in the invoice email);
3) and I'll then send you your story/poem/article/translation.

As an added bonus, you can choose whether you want to have inclusive or exclusive rights to what I write for you.

If you choose inclusive rights, then you or I can publish that piece of writing anywhere we wish. The fee for a commission with inclusive rights is considered my standard fee.

If you choose exclusive rights, then only you can publish that piece of writing. A piece that you choose to commission with exclusive rights will cost you double my standard fee.

Whether you choose inclusive or exclusive rights, I require you to include a by-line on whatever it is I write for you, wherever you publish/post it. As of now, I am not taking on commissioned ghost-writing work, and so must be credited.

All of these fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD), and payments are processed through PayPal. Please send all of your commissions requests and/or questions to my specialized commissions email address: nsczach[at]gmail[dot]com.

Fiction

Inclusive Rights Price: $0.05/word
Exclusive Rights Price: $0.10/word

These are the lengths of fiction that I'm taking commissions for:

"Drabble" - 100 words
"Flash Fiction" - 101-999 words
"Short Stories" - 1000-2000 words

To write you a piece of fiction I need to know: the length of the story you want; its plotline; information on its major characters (including likes/dislikes, background, and character traits); and the setting. The more information that you can give me, the more detail I'll be able to squeeze into your story.

You can commission me to write fiction based on your own original plots, characters, and settings.

Exclusive Rights Price: $0.20/word

Whether it's rhyming, metered, both, or just free verse - I'll write any kind of poetry for you - even fandom-based stuff!

The only restriction on my poetry commissions is their length. The longest poem that I'll pen as a commission is 100 words. However, if you really want me to write a longer poem that you have in mind, contact me and we can work something out.

I'm willing to write any sort of article, profile, or editorial on any topic you can come up with. The only thing you need to provide me with, aside from my fee, is research or direction to the sources that you want me to use or reference.
